Privacy Policy

Placeholder copy — to be replaced with the live privacy policy from welcomehomearch.ca during deployment.

What we collect

When you visit welcomehomearch.ca, we may collect basic analytics (page views, referrer, anonymized IP) to understand how visitors use the site. We do not collect personal identification beyond what you voluntarily submit through forms.

What we do with referral information

Arch Canada is a referral service. When you click a "Get Started" link, you're directed to Perch Mortgage Brokerage (ON Licence #13263). Information you submit there is governed by Perch's privacy policy, not ours.

Cookies

We use standard browser cookies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this site will still work.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA (Canada's privacy law), you have the right to access information we hold about you and request its deletion. Email [email protected].

Updates

We'll update this policy when it changes. Last update date is shown at the top.
