What this site is

Arch Canada operates welcomehomearch.ca as an educational resource and referral service. We publish articles, guides, calculators, and connect Canadians with licensed mortgage brokers via our partnership with Perch Mortgage Brokerage (ON Licence #13263).

What this site isn't

We are not a mortgage brokerage. We do not process applications, issue pre-approvals, or hold any mortgage licence. Content on this site is for educational purposes only — not financial, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a licensed professional for your specific situation.

Referrals

When you click a "Get Started" link, you're directed to Perch Mortgage Brokerage. Arch Canada may receive a referral fee from Perch when a referred client completes a mortgage application. This does not affect the rates or terms you're offered.

Accuracy

We do our best to keep articles, calculators, and rate information current and accurate. Rates and programs change. Always verify with your broker before making decisions.
